Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
2. Prepare and maintain records for various statutory filings
3. Assist in conducting compliance audits and identifying areas for improvement
4. Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities as required
5. Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents and agreements
6. Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations
7. Provide support to the legal and compliance team as needed
