1. The role is ideal for a candidate with 0-1 year of relevant work experience in clean energy/electric mobility/circular economy/climate finance sectors
2. We intend to convert this position into a full-time position at the end of this internship depending on the candidates performance and our business requirements
3. Ideal candidates would have an MBA degree or a masters degree in Management/Finance/Public Policy or similar programs
4. Candidates with relevant bachelors degrees and relevant work experience or demonstrated interest in our focus sectors will also be considered
5. The candidate should be able to conduct excellent primary and secondary research, develop concise and strategic reports, and build data models in Excel and must possess excellent spoken and written communication skills in English (candidates will be tested on these skills during the interview process)
6. Candidates must have strong analytical skills, and an ability to work in teams as well as independently will be essential
7. Knowledge of corporate finance will be an added advantage
8. Candidates should be self-starters, motivated to work hard and efficiently, pay attention to detail, possess a curious mind, be a keen learner, and adaptable
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 700000 to 900000 /year
